I read this article in the paper regarding you recommending the program Startup Cop Pro3. I had written you once before and asked this same question and wondering if you could please answer it. It's great to have a program that helps make it easier to clean up your computer and make it work quicker and more efficiently but....how do you know what you need or don't need or what to enable or disable without being a computer/software guru?
