Couldn&#039;t you just partition the external HD in to two virtual drives and backup the Win and Mac OS partitions on the iMac separately? In doing so, couldn&#039;t you also use OS X&#039;s disk utility to format each partition of the external separately, i.e., one with NTFS and one with FAT 32?</description>
